Do I need AI or just better software?
Often just better software. If a rules engine or a cleaner workflow solves it, we say so. We build AI when it is the honest answer.
Can you add AI to what we already have?
Yes. That is a common brief. OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain and RAG on top of the product you have, with the data you can use and a person still in the loop where risk is high.
